Skidmark Detailing and The Hairy Housewife from TV’s CAR SOS are heading to Lowered & Loud at The British Motor Show this summer, bringing their passion, expertise and larger-than-life personalities to one of the show’s most exciting feature areas.
Known to millions of viewers from the hit National Geographic and Disney+ series CAR SOS, the duo of ‘Skidmark’ Mark Williams and ‘The Hairy Housewife’ Darren Fitch have become fan favourites for their role in helping transform deserving owners’ cherished vehicles. Now visitors to The British Motor Show will have the chance to meet them in person as they join the action-packed Lowered & Loud zone.
Dedicated to modified, custom and performance cars, Lowered & Loud celebrates the creativity, craftsmanship and culture behind the UK’s thriving car modification scene. The addition of Skidmark Detailing and The Hairy Housewife gives fans a unique opportunity to hear stories from behind the scenes of CAR SOS, talk all things detailing and modification, and get up close with two of the most recognisable personalities in the automotive community.

The British Motor Show 2026 takes place from Friday 21 August to Sunday 23 August at Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre.
Advance tickets are on sale now, offering a saving of 20% on the gate until Sunday 16 August ahead of the final ticket release, with under-17s going free with a paying adult.
